Telephone Answering Service
The Suffolk Information Phone Service is always looking for people to answer the phones. Here's a list of the times that need covering now. If you can spare two or more hours once a month during one of these periods you will be adding the human touch for people who need information about meetings. Calls come to whatever phone you want, anonymously.

How the list works: The days of the week are listed according to their number in the month... 9/19/2007 was the third Wednesday of the month, for example. You would call to commit for the time you want. Then, when the period begins, any calls that come in asking for meeting information will be forwarded anonymously to the phone you choose until your commitment ends. |
