Recording Secretary:

Shall record minutes of monthly Executive Board meetings to distribute at the following Executive Board meeting. Also records quarterly meeting minutes and distributes them at the following quarterly meeting. The recording secretary is responsible for the sign-in sheets distributed at ail meetings. !f unable to attend any meeting the secretary is responsible for securing a substitute to write minutes.

This position is currently vacant. If you are interested in volunteering for this position, the only requirement is active membership in our fellowship. It is suggested that you have more than one year in program. Positions above the group level require members who are not also members of Alcoholics Anonymous. They all pay the same: personal growth resulting from an improved understanding of yourself and our program.
