Public Outreach
Public Outreach informs the general public through the media, professionals, facilities, and organizations about who we are, what we do, and how to get in touch with us. We introduce our program to the general public and hoping to reach those whose lives are or have been affected by someone else’s drinking, so that those who need our program can find the help and hope we offer. We also strive for name recognition and credibility as a community resource.
Al-Anon's Public Outreach serves the general public, professionals, and media requesting information on Al-Anon/Alateen. Our mission is to increase awareness of Al-Anon/Alateen's
availability as a community resource for families and friends afflicted by alcoholism.
April 8th

Al-Anon Suffolk Information Service will be
making a presentation to the 10th Grade High
School Students Health Classes at Harborfield’s
High School during Health Week on
We will inform them of the presence of Al-Anon
and Alateen and how we support loved ones
affected by the disease of alcoholism.
