Corresponding Secretary

Shall keep a current list of group mailing addresses, accessible to the Board members and all Suffolk County groups. Also keeps a current "confidential" list of all A.S.I.S. Executive Board members (names, addresses, phone numbers and E-mail addresses), distributed only to Board members. The Corresponding Secretary secures the locations

for all the monthly meetings, reminds the committee of the Executive Board meetings, and sends quarterly meeting reminder letters to every group informing them of the date, time, and place for the quarterly meetings. The Corresponding Secretary writes welcome letters to new groups and distributes a list of the Board members first names, jobs, and telephone numbers to each Alternate Group Representatives.
